Order Submissions

  • Please take a moment to carefully review your order before proceeding to checkout. Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
     

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is confirmed. If you selected tracking, an additional email containing tracking information will be sent as soon as your item has shipped.

  • Anataku does not guarantee delivery dates. Please keep track of your orders and refer to the estimated delivery times provided.

  • Please note that no orders will be shipped during Canadian holidays.

  • For pre-order purchases, allow 4-6 weeks for manufacturing and inspection before your items are dispatched. Updates will be communicated via our social media channels and website.

Shipping

  • Anataku is not responsible for any damages that may occur during transit due to the shipping company’s handling. While we take extra precautions to ensure safe delivery, we cannot guarantee the safety of items in transit.

  • Any customs fees or tariffs incurred are the responsibility of the customer. Anataku will not cover these costs, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are unpaid or not received.

  • International shipments may experience longer delivery times due to customs and import procedures.

  • Anataku does not offer insurance for packages. We are not liable for any delays or lost packages due to shipping company errors.
